Nirei carries out order manufacturing of almost all its products.
Although the minimum diameter will depend on the material, manufacturing is possible from an inner diameter of 0.03mm and outer diameter of 0.07mm to a maximum outer diameter of approximately 30mm.

Further, since mouth rings are available in every 0.1mm intervals, the cost of producing mouth rings will not be required.
Nirei manufactures tubes, pipes and round rods with high dimensional stability using a variety of materials. It has experience in using a variety of resins, including PP, PE, POM, PC, PET, PA (6, 66, 11, 12), PBT, EVA, EVOH, thermoplastic elastomers (Hytrel®, etc.), FR (PFA, FEP, ETFE, THV, PVdF, etc.), VICTREX®PEEK®, PEI and PPS.

Note that the above are only a sample of resins; please ask Nirei regarding manufacture using other moldable resins.


Tubing applications are as follows:

Medical tubing (Catheter, liquid medicine tubing)
Analyzer tubing
Cooling media tubing
Fuel cell tubing, etc.

Although the dimensional accuracy will depend on the materials, at small diameters a range of 0.05mm is possible.
Nirei has experience in molding minimum diameter 0.05mm x 0.1mm tubes (using Victrex® PEEK® and PEI).
Because all tubes are manufactured according to order production, Nirei can carry out molding according to customers' required sizes and materials.
Since mouth rings are available for every 0.1mm interval, the cost of producing the mouth rings will not be required.
